SMS Program Details

Somatic Reboot offers an SMS notification program ("Somatic Reboot SMS Notifications") that sends automated text messages to opted-in users. Key details about this program:

• Opt-In: SMS notifications are disabled by default. You must explicitly enable them in your account settings to receive text messages. By opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS messages at the phone number you provide.
• Message Types: Appointment reminders, calendar event reminders, and assessment/activity reminders.
• Message Frequency: Up to 5 messages per day.

• Opt-Out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any message. You can also disable SMS notifications in your account settings within the app.
