Somatic Reboot Level 1 Training

Somatic Reboot is a training series that promotes a self-care approach for your patients and clients, providing you with practical knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively treat and reset the body’s primary operating system. This, in turn, enhances the effectiveness of your current expertise.

Fascial - Joint Mobility with Props
- Understand and practice proper application of various shaped fulcrums to regain joint mobility and fascial flexibility in the most important transition zones of the spine
- Explore using various props to apply sustained pressure to restricted areas of fascia to restore fluidity, health and flexibility to the myofascial tissues
